About
Our Facility
We are a locally-owned commissary kitchen for food trucks, trailers, and small food vendors of all kinds. We offer kitchen space and equipment as well as dry, cold, and frozen storage for rent. Heated indoor parking with 12×18 bay doors, ample outdoor parking, and many amenities. Rental packages customized to your needs.
Two minutes north of Elk River on Hwy 169 – easy highway access on private property. Over 800 square feet of new kitchen space, allowing you to create what you need on your own time. Supportive and knowledgeable staff can help you grow your business!

Renting Space & Kitchen Use Process
| 1. | Fill out the contact form or give us a call for a tour and meeting. |
| 2. | Provide proof of business license A business license from either the Minnesota Department of Health or the MN Department of Agriculture is required, depending on the business model. |
| 3. | Provide proof of certification Certified Food Protection Manager: At least one representative from your company must be a Minnesota Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) through the Minnesota Department of Health. This certification is different from the ServSafe certificate and is mandatory for commercial kitchens. |
| 4. | Provide proof of insurance coverage The minimum coverage required is $1 million per occurrence, with KitchenCubby LLC listed as an “additional named insured”. Proof of insurance must be provided. |
| 5. | Sign the agreement, provide deposits, and review the policies & procedures manual. |
| 6. | Complete kitchen training. |
| 7. | Schedule your kitchen time! |
